What is Express Assessment?

• Express Assessment is a service process designed to provide you with a repair diagnosis within two hours of arrival.
• A factory trained technician will make them selves available to diagnose your vehicle, check parts availability and provide a repair estimate (if not covered by warranty).

 
Who offers Express Assessment?

• Express Assessment is offered by select Freightliner and Western Star dealers throughout the US and Canada.

 
Who can use Express Assessment?

• Express Assessment is available to all our customers, from the owner operator to a large fleet.

What are the benefits to you?

• The most important benefits to you are twofold: quicker diagnosis and a jump start on ordering parts if they are not locally available.
• By not following the traditional last-in last-out process, downtime can be improved by over 75%. Additionally, parts delivery can be cut by 1.5 days if not available locally.
